Return and Refunds Policy Page

If there are any damages or defects to your product, you may send your product back for a full refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days for refunds or exchanges from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you wish to return an item, please email us at info@tapestryhut.com. We will provide you with the return address. For all returns and exchanges, we need to be notified within 30 days of delivery. You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. As soon as we receive the item, we will either issue a refund or exchange the product for another one.

Please note that conversions between currency is constantly changing. We are based in the United States. When a purchase is made, you will be billed in USD. However, if you are outside of the United States, your bank/card provider will convert it to your currency and this is what gets posted on your end. The bank should be able to assist in providing information on the conversions and explain why the amounts are different in the case of refunds.

To avoid potential issues, we recommend using a tracking service when returning an item as we are NOT responsible for packages getting lost on the way to us. Our policy lasts 30 days and if it’s been 30 days since you received your items, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with the original packaging.

Unfortunately, only regular priced items may be refunded. Any sales items purchased on our website are final sale and cannot be refunded. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All items are made in small batches and are processed very soon. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. 

If an order needs to be cancelled after 24 hours, but the item has not shipped, a cancellation fee may apply. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
