HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING & HANDLING?

Our shipping and handling is $5.95 worldwide and we currently offer free shipping on orders over $45+. Please note duties and customs may apply in certain countries.

HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We are proud to now ship worldwide! Most of our tapestries ship within 1-4 weeks with tracking numbers and arrive in about 30-45+ days depending on your location. Some items will arrive even sooner! During peak seasons, this timeframe may be extended.

WHY DOES SHIPPING TAKE SO LONG?

Our stunning tapestries are made in small batches to maintain our high quality standards. Due to this, they take a little bit of time to prepare but are absolutely worth the wait, we promise!

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Due to the nature of our products that are made in small batches, orders cannot be cancelled or changed after 24 hours. If you would like to check the status of your order or request a cancellation, please contact us. All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

HOW CAN I REPLACE INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS?

If you have any problems with an order being defective or damaged, we will make it right. Just contact us at info@tapestryhut.com. We're here to help!

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We are a small business based in the United States. We have fulfillment centers worldwide and whichever center has a fresh batch of the design selected will be the one shipping to you. This enables us to bring our Tapestries to people all over the globe. 

WHAT SIZE ARE THE TAPESTRIES?

Our tapestries vary in shape and size. All measurements are in inches. Please refer to the individual Tapestry page of the design you are interested in for approximate measurements. Please note some sizes pictured may be sold out. If you have a special size request and want something bigger or smaller, contact us.

HOW DO I PICK A SPECIFIC DESIGN IN A SET OR SIZE?

To pick a tapestry design in a set, make sure to use the dropdown menu to select the design and/or size you would like. When you add the tapestry to your cart, make sure the preview matches the design and size you want.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay. Our website uses top of the line SSL encryption to keep all your card information secure and safe.

WHY WAS MY CARD DECLINED?

If your card was declined due to a zip code or postal code error, please contact your bank to verify the billing address associated with your card and try again.

Other reasons for declined cards include, but are not limited to: insufficient funds, cards not supporting international transactions (if you are outside the United States)

HOW DO I GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION? 

If your purchase was successful, an order number will be generated and a confirmation email sent to you. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

If you believe you entered the wrong email address and still cannot find your confirmation, please contact us. 

WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN? 

We are based in the United States and all prices are in USD. However, if you are outside of the United States, your bank/card provider will convert it to your currency and this is what gets posted on your end. Please note that conversions between currency is constantly changing. Your bank should be able to assist in providing information on the conversions and explain why the amounts are different if you are outside the United States.
