WHY DOES SHIPPING TAKE SO LONG?
Our stunning tapestries are made in small batches to maintain our high quality standards. Due to this, they take a little bit of time to prepare but are absolutely worth the wait, we promise!
CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?
Due to the nature of our products that are made in small batches, orders cannot be cancelled or changed after 24 hours. If you would like to check the status of your order or request a cancellation, please contact us. All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We are proud to now ship worldwide! Most of our tapestries ship within 1-4 weeks with tracking numbers and arrive in about 30-45 days depending on your location. Some items will arrive even sooner! During peak seasons, this timeframe may be extended.
